We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform interfaces and read corporate documentation strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from our ad serving technology.
  • Use automated scrapers, indexers, spiders, or scripts to harvest website content or network requests.
  • Introduce malicious files, malware, logic bombs, or automated loops to disrupt infrastructure performance.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, proprietary software, optimization models, algorithms, creative graphics, and trademarks are owned exclusively by Globe Adtech. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights over our platform codebase or underlying technology.

4. Client Accounts & Ad Campaigns

When utilizing our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) or engineering client dashboards, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, updated billing credentials and campaign parameters.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of user credentials and account passwords.
  • Acknowledge that campaign results (conversion attribution, view rates) are estimated and depend on browser policies and operating system constraints.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND THE PLATFORM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GLOBE ADTECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE 100% AD DELIVERY UPTIME OR ABSENCE OF MALICIOUS THIRD-PARTY PLACEMENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBE ADTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BRAND VALUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE AND DIGITAL SYSTEMS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of our site and technology shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
